Subscription Cancellation Question
Hi,
I’m a new instructor on the website and I would like to subscribe to “Music teacher certificate membership” but I accidentally signed up to the “Music school” membership. I went ahead and canceled it a couple of days ago, but on my account, it still shows it as processing. I wanted to sign up back again for “Music teacher certificate membership” but I wanna make sure that I won’t be billed twice, especially since the payment will go through three months from now, I’ll have no way of knowing until then if I am being charged twice. Can someone please help me with this?
