Piano Lessons Salinas

I am an extensively qualified teacher who has been playing and teaching for many years. I use my qualifications to make sure my lessons are always of the highest quality. I can help students with a wide range of things including song writing, technique, building your own style, learning songs, music exams, theory, reading music and much more. I like my students to let me know which areas they want to learn and work on and I will always try to fit it into our lessons to the best of my ability.

I will make sure that every lesson is created with your wants and needs in mind. I think this is important. As a teacher I realise that no two students are the same and everyone has different learning styles and goals, because of this my lessons will always be built around you and the styles and techniques that you have in mind. Learning should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience for all and this is something that is very important for me.

As a music lover I like to listen to a wide variety of genres and this reflects in my teaching. I will always make sure you learn the music that inspires you. In the past I have taught a wide variety of styles and will happily hear about the music that you enjoy and then we can learn in a direction with those artists and styles in mind. I think it very rewarding and a good judge of progress if you can reach a point where you can play music that you recognise. If you prefer me to make suggestions though, I'm always happy to do so.

I teach a wide age range. I have vast experience in teaching all ages and offer my lessons to both young learners and adults. I realise that everyone is different and my lessons will always be built around your age and playing level. I like to think my students can approach me with any questions that they might have and I will always do my best to answer them in a clear way that makes sense to all.
